KLS use the highest quality linen guaranteeing that you will have the highest quality product for your customers.
KLS uses environmentally friendly procedures and products combined with the latest water and power- saving technology, be reassured you’re doing your bit for the environment.
KLS uses machinery that is the very latest in technology to provide the best quality linen cleaning service.
Already have your own linen? KLS can launder your linen and will go above and beyond to ensure the best service, however due to variation in fabric quality, we can not guarantee the same quality service that you would receive by using our top-quality linen. Please refer to our wash and dry only price list.
Terms & Conditions
Item care and missing or damaged goods:
KLS will use reasonable efforts to ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high-quality service.
KLS accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided.
KLS accepts no liability for ‘special care’ items that require special attention to be cleaned or that do not have care instructions. KLS reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
KLS does not guarantee removal of all stains.
KLS is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewellery or anything else.
The customer must notify KLS within 3 days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery. Please ensure all personal linen is labelled with your property name.
KLS does not accept responsibility for any un-labelled items that may be lost during the processing stage.
